Ms. Erin, MS., CCC-SLP

Speech & Language Pathologist

Westmont Location

Erin discovered the field of speech and language pathology in high school, quickly fell in love, and never looked back! She loves the variety, how much there is to learn, and the science of how neurology and reasoning are so integral to speech and language pathology. In pediatrics, she enjoys the added challenge of integrating learning into motivating activities and play.

One of Erin’s most impactful experiences in school was assisting with the Students with Autism Transitional Education Program (STEP), where she supported degree-seeking autistic students with executive functioning, social communication, and independent living. She has primarily worked in early intervention and outpatient settings, but has experience in the school setting as well.

Erin is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to communicate with and support a variety of children and families.

She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences, Bachelor’s of Arts in Foreign Languages with a Spanish Concentration, and her Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders from Eastern Illinois University.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, embroidering, watercoloring, and completing puzzle books.
