Caroline chose to become a pediatric occupational therapist because she wanted to be part of the moments that can change how a child sees themselves and what they can do. She loves coming up with creative ways to make environments, activities, and play more accessible for children. Most of all, she loves helping children recognize what they’re capable of!

She has training in child development, play-based intervention, has worked as a pediatric occupational therapist in a school and clinic environment. She has particular interest in Sensory Integration and DIRFloortime. She also has experience with adaptive equipment and mobility devices.

Caroline earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Outside of work she enjoys vintage and thrift shopping, crafting, baking, and going to the Morton Arboretum.
