Speech Language Pathologist, Feeding Therapist

Michelle is a speech and feeding therapist at Hummingbird. She has a passion for helping her patients find a functional means of communication and enjoys celebrating the small gains. She also has a love of evaluating and treating feeding patients. She came to Hummingbird with eight years of experience as a speech therapist and clinic manager in an outpatient pediatric clinic in Cincinnati. 

Michelle has taken numerous continuing education courses/trainings in play and language, apraxia, and pediatric feeding.

Michelle received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master’s Degree from the University of Tennessee in Speech-Language Pathology.

In her spare time Michelle enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, cooking, exercising, and reading.
